The extension
Install the Chrome extension and open ChatGPT as you normally would. No sign-up, no passwords, no account with us — it simply works with the ChatGPT you’re already logged into.
Fetch everything locally
Every chat and saved memory is pulled in right inside the extension via ChatGPT's own internal APIs and stays there. Nothing is ever sent to us — we have no server that sees your conversations.
Flag risky chats
We highlight the chats that touch sensitive ground — health, legal, personal, and other private topics — and sort them by how risky they look, so you can see at a glance what’s worth cleaning up.
03Delete from your account in one click
Review the flagged chats and memories, pick what to remove, and the extension calls ChatGPT’s own delete endpoint with your session — the same action as doing it yourself in the UI, just batched and targeted.
Why this tool exists?
Companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI providers store your data in a way they have direct access over it. By design, they can technically access and use your data for purposes such as training and tuning models.
Not every line of text becomes tomorrow’s training batch, but the commercial incentive is clear: real usage makes products better for them and in practice, almost all of that value flows back to the platform, not to you.
